Governor tours Xccent, Inc. plant in Wyoming
Gov. Tim Pawlenty saw the state’s JOBZ program at work first hand on Tuesday with a visit to the new Xccent, Inc. plant in Wyoming. A state grant helped encourage the company to move from Osceola, WI, to Wyoming. By the final quarter of the year, the company will be fully operational in its new facility south of the Fairview Lakes hospital campus. The governor was also the guest speaker on Tuesday at a joint meeting of the Forest Lake Area Chamber of Commerce and the Wyoming Area Business Association at Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center in Wyoming.
