    The Dipping Process

Product construction or molding involves the manipulation of the base tool
which mimics the configuration of the final product shape.  The tool or mold
is physically dipped into a primer or coagulant and then dipped into the
chosen material.  The final product thickness is controlled and determined by a
number of factors including time, temperature, solid content, and viscosity.
Regression analyses are used to set-up and control these factors.  Depending
on the material or designed construction, further dip stations may be used.  In
the end, all product is oven cured or fused.  Skilled operators remove the product
from the molds and prepare it for further wash processing, assembly or packaging.

    Automation

We have recently been designing and constructing complicated, robotic production dip lines with large, multidimensional and easily reconfigured capabilities.  This provides for fast product changeovers.

We are at 30% of our capacity.

Automation provides Xccent the optimum conditions to keep product prices at the lowest possible for customers.

Our plants run 24 hours/day and we currently can produce over 30,000 parts/week.
